An Overview of Multihoming and Open Issues in GSE

This draft has three objectives: (1) to discuss the impact of multihoming on the scalability of the global routing system; (2) to provide an overview of GSE, one of the early proposals by Mike O'Dell to address the multihoming scalability problem; and (3) to identify open issues raised by the GSE proposal, which may serve as a first step towards resolving them.
